• Guests must be in at least 9th grade or no older than 20 years old.
• Guest forms can be picked up in the office.
• Guest forms are due Friday, 10/4 by 2:30 pm
• Doors will close the night of at 8:00 pm and not reopen until 9:30 pm.
• You must have your ID and ticket to enter.
• Dress code Options below.

Options 1:

• Dress shirt, khaki pants or slacks with Dress shoes
• Classy tennis shoes that are clean are acceptable.
• Jacket and/or Tie is required.
• Pants should fit properly on the hip and not sag below the waistline. Undergarments must not be visible, this includes any shorts worn under your pants.

Options 2:

• Dresses may be strapless or include spaghetti straps , but they must be proper fitting. Excessive cleavage is not allowed.
• Dresses may be backless, as long as they are not cut below the navel.
• 2 pieces are allowed, but no more than 1" gap between the top and bottom is allowed.
• Dresses/outfits may not have a slit that exceeds mid-thigh.
• Dress length must be mid-thigh (5" above the middle of the knee in front and back)
• See through apparel is not permitted.
